What you share with SADERE, how that information is used and how to stay in control of your data. Updated: 26 September 2026.
01
Who to contact
SADERE SARL is the company intended to receive enquiries made through this website. For questions about your data, contact hello@sadere-sarl.com, call +237 674 016 011 or write to SADERE SARL, Carrefour Cornier, Nkolowe, Yaoundé, Cameroon. Until enquiry delivery services are connected, use the telephone for requests that require a response.
02
Information in the form
Depending on your enquiry, you provide your name, organisation, email or telephone, project location and type, required power, timeframe and a message. Partnership enquiries also ask for your country and the proposed type of cooperation. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for the selected enquiry type. The website also stores the date, language, any selected equipment reference and the enquiry's follow-up status. Please leave out passwords, banking details and personal information unrelated to your project.
03
Why we ask for it
This information helps explain your requirements, prepare a technical or commercial discussion and follow up a quotation or partnership enquiry. The form's checkbox asks for your agreement to this use. It does not subscribe you to advertising. You can choose not to fill in the form and contact SADERE by telephone. The website does not carry out marketing profiling or automated decisions about accepting your project.
04
Storage and access
A submitted enquiry is saved in the website database with a tracking reference. People with administration access and the authorised technical team can access it. The public website uses Supabase for storage and Vercel for hosting. No automatic email is sent and no messaging or CRM service is connected to the form. Saving an enquiry does not confirm that SADERE has begun handling it commercially.
05
How long information is kept
The website does not yet delete enquiries automatically. Closing an enquiry in the dashboard does not erase its data. You can request deletion using the contact details above. SADERE must set appropriate retention periods for enquiries and any required records, publish them here and put the corresponding deletion process in place.
06
Preferences and administration session
Your browser can remember your light or dark theme and animation preference in its local storage. These choices stay on the device until you change them or clear the website's data. Administration uses a session cookie that expires after eight hours and is removed when you sign out. SADERE has not configured website analytics or an advertising pixel on this website. The external services below may use their own trackers.
07
Google Maps
The map displays SADERE's business listing and location. It may load automatically as you approach the map area. Loading it connects your browser to Google and sends technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google may process this information outside Cameroon and use cookies according to its own policies and your settings. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
08
WhatsApp and email links
Clicking WhatsApp opens an external service. The link beside the form may include information you have entered to prepare a message: this information is passed to the WhatsApp service when the link opens, even before you send the message to SADERE. Check the text before sending it. Your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's rules, available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. An email link opens your email application; you can send or cancel the message.
09
Your rights and requests
Subject to the conditions of Cameroonian law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority. Contact SADERE, identifying the enquiry and the right you wish to exercise. Further details may be needed to check that the data concerns you; do not send identity documents without a justified request.
10
Changes to the service
When hosting, email or other providers are connected, this notice must identify the actual recipients, processing countries and retention periods. Enquiry delivery and follow-up arrangements must then be verified. The date at the top of this page identifies the notice version.
