Timeframes, quotations, equipment, standards, site work: answers to the questions our clients and partners ask most often.
How do I send you my request?
The form on this page is the most complete route: it gives us the location, the timeframe and the details of your need from the start. For a quick question, message us on WhatsApp or give us a call: our details are on this page. Drawings and documents can follow by email.
How quickly will I get an answer?
We reply within 24 business hours. If your request needs a study or a search for equipment, we first confirm we have received it, then come back to you with a proposal.
Is the quotation free?
Yes, the quotation is free and carries no commitment. It sets out the proposed equipment or work, the chosen specifications and the delivery conditions.
What should I include for an accurate quotation?
The project location, the power rating if you know it, the intended use and your timeframe. Drawings, a diagram of the existing installation, equipment references or a few photos of the site help us price faster and more accurately.
I do not know the power rating I need. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us what you need to power: a multi-storey building, a factory, a construction site or a housing development. Our studies and sizing work define the right power rating and equipment, within our 25 to 1000 kVA range.
Can you import equipment that is not available in Cameroon?
Yes. Depending on the type of equipment and your need, we source from Europe, China or Turkey. The lead time depends on the reference and is stated in the offer, before any order.
Which standards does your equipment meet?
We work to IEC standards. The specifications of each item, voltage, rating and references, are confirmed in the proposal so the equipment matches your installation.
Do you work for individuals as well as companies?
Yes. We work with individuals, small businesses, industrial sites, construction projects, property developers, institutions and local authorities. The need matters more than the size of the client.
Can you electrify a remote or rural site?
Yes, rural electrification projects are among the needs we handle: supply of network equipment, construction of medium and low voltage lines and substation equipment. Site access conditions are studied from the start.
Do you maintain networks and substations?
Yes. Maintenance of electrical networks and transformer substations is part of what we do. We agree the type of work with you, preventive or after a fault, according to your installation.
How is safety handled on your sites?
Safety is a constant priority in the way we work. Every intervention is prepared: a site survey, planning of the work and compliance with the rules specific to the project.
Is your equipment covered by a warranty?
The warranty depends on the equipment and its manufacturer. Its terms are stated in our offer, and we remain your point of contact if an item we supplied has a problem.
Can I follow the progress of my project?
Yes. One contact follows your request from the proposal to delivery or commissioning and keeps you informed at each stage: order, sourcing, on-site work.
I am a manufacturer or distributor. How do I propose a partnership?
Choose “I propose a partnership” at the top of this page, or go to the Partners page. Present your ranges, your references and the area you cover: we review every proposal related to electrical networks.
