Product description
This single-pole MV disconnect switch has a hinged metal blade between two porcelain support insulators, mounted on a base. It mechanically separates the contacts to isolate a section of overhead line. Selection depends on the operating scheme and the exact reference: voltage, permissible current, short-circuit withstand and the support arrangement all need checking. Its disconnecting function does not imply load-breaking capability, which is confirmed for the reference chosen.
